Cyberpunk Streetwear

This cyberpunk streetwear takes its inspiration from science fiction, a genre where big questions are commonplace. Rather than creating what looks like a costume or something avant garde, the attire is a little more subtle and can be easily worn in the streets, but is still cyberpunk.

The elements in the attire incorporates materials one can find in the streets such as reflectorized material, LED, graffiti, telephone wires, and metal parts. LED lights are used to resemble wearable technology to represent how technology has been so ingrained in our culture and lifestyle. The reflectorized material stands out against the black and grey clothing. It produces the effect of light once a flash is applied in a photo.

Other found objects in the outfit include foil tape, telephone wire, zipper, and metal parts. The design of the sleeveless cardigan was rendered using acrylic and spray paint to further enhance the industrial grunge look.
